After a semi-successful challenge to eat unprocessed for one month I decided I am going to post here the recipes I have tried and liked. There is going to be an emphasis on cooking from scratch but not everything here will be that way. I cook for myself, my 3 yr old and a picky eater husband. This will be a journey!
